Had been looking to replace my older Lowepro SlingShot bags, not because they were worn out (which they are not), but because I needed to have a regular backpack and one which I could pack my MacBook Pro laptop. I do have a larger backpack (also a Lowepro) in which I can pack not only the laptop but two DSLR bodies and lenses, but there are times when I only need to travel light. I looked at several bags until I saw this one. This bag works perfectly for the requirements I listed above. I was able to pack not only the laptop, power supply and external drive, but my Nikon D600 with 18-85 lens, plus two additional lenses, flash and accessories. The total weight came out to about 22 lbs, but rides comfortably on my back. In addition I like that I can attach either a tripod or monopod to the side, and that it has the all-weather covering in case of foul weather. I have had excellent experience with all of the Lowepro bags I've owned over the years. Their customer service in case of a problem is top-notch, and if there is any problem with a bag, they will replace it no matter how old. Construction is strong yet light-weight and the price cannot be beat. Bottom line is that this the perfect bag for those times when there is not the need to travel light, but still have the essentials when you need them.

I took this on a two week vacation to Northern Europe and really enjoyed it. It's a good size for most DSLRs and a couple of Medium Sized lenses. I have a D600 and took the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 28-300mm along with a Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G and an SB-800 Flash. Carrying both lenses was a tight fit but doable. The upper section has a lor of rom for spare items and a couple bottles of water. I also had several maps, a notebook and an iPad in the Laptop section.

Great bag for the price. Bought it as convenient bag for DSLR with multiple lenses. There is plenty of adjustable storage space, but it could use some extra dividers, as some space not usable without more. Lots of well-organized pockets and zips.
