This "demo" is a great deal !! Mine came with tags and looks out of box brand new. Great value when you compare to cost of brand new one. This is a B I G bag. Larger than I thought even though I checked dimensions prior to ordering. Its shoulder carrying strap system is large and somewhat cumbersome, but very adjustable and stable if you choose to put this thing on your back. I purchased it to carry all my equipment on plane trips and excursions using its very well designed wheels and extendable handle. For this purpose it is an incredible value and very well laid out. Its inside compartments are easy to adjust to fit and have plenty of room for my 5D body, 4 lenses, flash, lens hoods and all the other little things you can think of. It also has a great tripod carrying system on the side of the bag and lots of buckles and a "hidden" zipper to prevent accidental opening. To recap, great for storing/transporting all your stuff. If your really adventureous, you can pull out the shoulder carrying straps, retract the handle, and mount up.
