Great little bag

I picked this up with a few other S&F components for street photography, travel, and general on the go work like weddings, events, etc. I needed a system that could carry a good amount of gear, at the ready for use. I carry an extra batter, memory card, flash diffusers, cleaning supplies, and a few other lens caps, etc. The only downside is that I wish this "utility" bag had a memory card flap (even just for one card). Otherwise it's great!

Great with two hands

This is a great little bag, but next to impossible to zip closed with one hand. Pouch attaches to any belt system including the waist belt on my 400AW backpack (which I love). I needed a pouch for my keys, wallet, cleaning supplies, note pad, glasses, etc. I can also shove in diffusers, filters, batteries, snacks, kittens, etc. Even a pro camera body with battery grip - if I need to. But then there's that zipper thing. I suppose the tab/wing zipper design (see image) is clever for certain app...

This is a great little bag, but next to impossible to zip closed with one hand. Pouch attaches to any belt system including the waist belt on my 400AW backpack (which I love). But then there's that zipper thing. I suppose the tab/wing zipper design (see image) is clever for certain applications, but when I'm shooting or trekking, etc., and have only one hand free, I literally have to stop & put something down to hold one of the tabs to zip it closed. Wishing the tabs had snaps that would give users the option to fasten them to the pouch body. 'Can't figure out why this pouch was designed to open easier than it closes. Other than that, it's durable, roomy, and goes just about everywhere with me - until I find one that's one-hand friendly.

Good, but not replacing original design

Works as advertised; great attachment system. Original design (discontinued) of this pouch without zippers is greatly missed.

Great Addition to My System

By

I have owned a Lowepro Toploader for about four years. It is a versatile system that allows you to switch out storage components via its Sliplock system. This utility bag allows me to update my camera bag storage capacity as I purchase more lenses and other equipment for my camera. The built in rain cover will definitely come in handy during my upcoming trip to Costa Rica and its Rain Forests.

I love it so much, I want another

Very useful pack. You can put just about anything in it, I stuff a couple SB-900's in it with gels and extra batteries. I want another for general bits and pieces like a light meter and other things. Very useful.
