I like this system for its complete system. There is nothing to add to it. The set up is very easy and it has it's own Monitor/DVR with wireless cameras. I have 4 cameras that keep a watchful on my yard and all of the street in front of my house. Nothing happens in my block that I don't know about.

I had a Lorex Wireless System in the past ,then moved to a secured building , I've since moved and things have been missing out of my unit , I'm very pleased with this new system i purchased , especially being able to pull up live feed from my phone , I'm going to give it 5 stars , but wished the mounting bracket was a little more easily to put into place .

The resolution quality of these cameras is fairly good considering they are wireless. The one weakness is the range for the camera signal to reach the monitor when there are obstacles such as walls, metal coverings, and height even though the distance between the two is well within the specs. The basic line of sight rule.

I recently purchased 2 additional camera for my daughter Lorex system. I now feel more secure for my daughters safety at her house. We also purchased recently a 4 camera system for our house. Love it. Now i can monitor the outside of the house and our basement. I highly recommend Lorex monitoring systems.

Have and existing system with 2 cameras and wanted to add another one. Got the camera plugged it in and sync'd it up easily with existing system as camera 3. Great camera, easy setup to existing system.

Overall, the system if pretty good. However; I went to order two additional cameras for my two-camera system and ran into problems understanding I needed specific cameras to be compatible with my previously purchased system. There needs to be a chart that lists the monitor and all of the cameras (model numbers) compatible with each monitor in order to insure the customer understands how to order additional cameras.

This is a decent camera for the cost. I have 4 of them and the reception is good. One of my cameras is about 60 feet away and the signal must travel through 3 walls to the home base. The signal is weaker but still a constant 3 bars. Enough to function well. The camera has fair night vision capabilities. I have one on my front porch and it decent for the 16 foot porch. Much further than that the night vision drops off quite of bit.

Ordered an additional camera for my system, received a defective camera. Sent it back with all the parts, the replacement did not have the power cord with the camera. How am I supposed to pair the camera with my system if I can't even plug it in? The websit for trying to contact or create a ticket is not user friendly.

I bought a Lorex LW2731 with one camera. The system installed and worked great so I bought an additional camera LW2731AC1. I followed the pairing instructions exactly as written but the add on camera will not pair to the receiver on any of the 3 unused channels. I can pair the new add on camera to ch.1 when the existing camera #1 is removed. But then cannot pair the removed camera to any channel. So the new add on camera is good but the receiver will not accept more than one camera. The display SN is WA06140612126

I recently purchased and installed the 4th camera for my Lorex Wireless Home Monitoring System. I have been completely satisfied with Lorex products and customer service since day one. Read my past reviews and you'll see why. The new addition will be used indoors as opposed to the other three that are installed outside. These cameras have operated flawlessly in the hot as hell Texas summers. True, the cameras are not mounted in direct sunlight but it gets well over one hundred degrees on many days during the summer. Again, I have been impressed by the operation of this relatively inexpensive security system and by the customer service I have consistently received. As two side notes: Lorex ships FAST and... When I am ready for an upgrade to my security system Lorex systems will absolutely be evaluated first.

Had a problem with monitor recently. Contacted Tech Support---promptly advised me how to troubleshoot and correct problem. Also bought a replacement camera because one that was outside was damaged by painters. Easy to replace and pair to system---working great. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with this camera. Bought a whole system last year and just purchased two additional cameras to connect to our system. Works great! Had a problem with one of the cameras and its clarity but contacted tech support and we are currently working on the issue. Very pleased with this company and its products!

The system is easy to set up and install. The simplicity and plug & play package is why I ordered this system. One issue I have is with contacting CSR or Tech support. I have never reached them by phone. (On hold too long) I had a duplicate order and I want to make sure I get credit for this duplicate order. I emailed them and let me tell you, that too takes days before anyone responds. THe same with Tech support, by phone was never successfull, by email, waiting days to get a response. This should be addressed by someone, becasuse while the system is good, the hassle reaching someone to help you, is not worth the purchase. My duplicate order was returned as per instructions by the CSR. I gave them an order number and the tracking number. I just had an email response, stating they don't have it yet. If I knew how difficult it was working with Customer service or tech support, I would have never bought this system no matter how good it is or easy to install.,

A bit overpriced. 2 cameras cost more than the system you are adding them to. Recording is not fluid, more like a series of pictures. Mottion record starts with motion but then records blindly for 5, 15 or 30 seconds as selected, so not all motion is recorded.

I find the cameras to do a good job and are very easy to set up- just plug them in and pair the the receiver. These are not digital cameras so the video quality is acceptable but not HD, but then I don't need that type of clarity. Overall, these do the job and seem well built, and are simple to set up and use.

I got the LW2932 unit with 2 cameras and wanted to see how the wireless worked before buying more cameras. The wireless woked pretty good except when the camera was in close to a double brick wall. Moving it out from the wall fixed it. I tested 2 other possible camera locations for signal. Everything worked great so now I am ordering more cameras. Too bad 2 cameras are the same cost as the LW2932. Overall easy to setup and works well.

These comments are my second review of Lorex warranty and customer service/tech support. I had a 7" LED monitor fail and was replaced, After a few weeks this monitor stopped working properly. After calling tech support, it was decided that this monitor would be replaced. Customer service issued a return number and I sent the defective unit back. Very easy. The surprising thing is that I received the new replacement monitor only three days after mailing the defective one! Now that is a good warranty and excellent customer service! Thanx.

Purchased the 9? SD+ LW2932 system with 2 cameras. I was a little concerned about camera reception since my display is in a room at the back of the house and the cameras are on the porch out front. No problem. The signal strength is 4 bars for both cameras. Almost immediately I ordered two more cameras. The heat / motion detection is very good. I have some plants on the porch that move when a breeze comes but I rarely get false record triggers. Being able to browse the recordings on my computer using the SD card and a reader on my PC is much easier then looking at them on the system display. I looked at the 7? display system but I?m glad I chose the 9? system. It?s much better in 4 camera display mode. Fortunately one of the people in my neighborhood association had done extensive research on camera surveillance systems and he said the Lorex system was the way to go. I agree totally.

I would like to take a moment to compliment Lorex Customer Service for an excellent job. I had a mechanical failure, of all things, on the 7" LED receiver. Of course I had registered the equipment when purchased, showing the importance of doing so! So, after contacting Tech Support and being told there was no troubleshooting solution for the problem, I was issued a return number and instructions. Less than a week after returning the defective unit to Lorex I received a brand new replacement kit. No problems, very satisfied! Thanks Lorex.
