Black cover on the outside
There is a black cover that has the pins to remove it on the outside that prevents you from shooting through it. It's not hard to remove, but it could have been made designed to remove. Don't over tighten the screw on your clamp or you'll dent the shaft. Okay for the price.

Adorama U33W 33in White Interior Umbrell
Light weight but well made for light duty work. Used in conjunction with an old aluminum stand and a Vivitar 285HV to photograph figureines and curios for insurance inventories. Does what I need it to do.

interesting
This is the first dual umbrella (both white shoot through and black reflective covering). I think it is a neat idea, and has potentially to be really nice. but I have found that removing the black reflective cover is very difficult. other than that it is what it is... an umbrella that diffuses light.
