The Looxcie HD Explore Video Camera with Live Streaming is a compact, hands-free camcorder with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. It supports Full HD 1920 x 1080p recording at 30 fps and 1280 x 720p HD recording at 60 fps for high-speed action sports. The HD Explore also supports live Wi-Fi streaming in either 480p or 320p resolution. The camera records video to the web-friendly MP4 format and a Looxcie Companion app is available for Android devices with Android 2.3.3 or higher and iOS devices with iOS 5.0 or higher.

The HD Explore is equipped with a low-light CMOS sensor with a 75deg. field-of-view. It also has a weather-resistant enclosure and a replaceable 1200 mAh lithium polymer rechargeable battery. The camera features a microSDHC card slot and it comes with an 8GB microSDHC card. There's also a micro-USB port for charging and data-transfer to your computer. A Looxcie Desktop application is also available for free download for both Mac and Windows operating systems.

The built-in Wi-Fi and free Looxcie mobile app turn the Looxcie HD video camera into a personal streaming device, which means you can share what's happening while it happens. And, because it connects wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet, you can use it anytime, anywhere. You can also create an "instant replay" of what just happened with the unique Instant Clip button or share a live video stream with Facebook friends.
