Simple, Classic - Not original choice

By

from Nebraska  -  Semi-pro Photographer

I ordered 2 25 packs which had free shipping. They sent an e-mail saying they were out of stock and would be at least 15 days. I needed them sooner than that so I called to see what my options were. Come to find out they had the 10 packs and could send 5 but they charged me more for this option. Didn't seem like the best customer service since they were the ones out of the product and it was not indicated as unavailable when I originally placed the order.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  How big is the opening of the frame. In other words, how much of the photo will be behind the frame? Thanks!
JAMES BRYANT I  It is pretty much to the measure as shown in the picture. We used for individual and group shots (4-6 people at a table). There is also a pack of gray picture folders without the easel we bought in bulk -big difference that frame 5x7 exposes a lot more of the picture and is easy to load in and out when in a hurry for the type of event we were doing. So if you really want to expose a lot more of picture the other frame is a good choice. We did fine with both of them just very different styles
Jerry L  I just measured one of mine and the opening for the picture is 4 1/2 in. by 6 1/2 in., which means you lose about 1/4 inch all around from a 5 by 7 print.
