The Miller 317 Black Multi Hard Case features molded polyethylene tube with foam on bottom and sides. The 2-piece case slides together and has two locking latches. The case has a molded carry handle, a molded pull handle on the end and 2.5" in-line skate wheels. There is a molded cut-out on the bottom that fits a foot to hold the case steady.
