Not Worth the Time or Money

By

from Chicago, IL

The only thing I'm greatful for is that I got this DVD (not Blu-Ray) for $10. I did just as good or better job just by eyeballing my picture. Right out of the box my KDL46EX710 did not look very good. In the 5 days it took me to get this DVD I had adjusted my picture to be just as good if not better than what it instructed me to do. If you have absolutely no idea what any of the picture settings on your TV are it might help. But, for the most part, you don't need to change any of the more detailed settings that Sony provides; they get it. As long as you can adjust brightness, sharpness and other crude adjustments, don't waste your money.

Not worth it

By

from Springfield, Mo.  -  Advanced

I think new TV's these days (like my brand new 60" Sharp) are pretty well calibrated right out of the box. Mine looks fantastic but, the Geek Squad tried to scare me into calibrating. Tried this DVD instead. NOT WORTH IT! Does nothing for your tv whatsoever. Looked the same after calibration as it did before. The only good thing about this DVD is the hottie commentator right up until she tries to sing in her ridiculous music video. Was this thing done in the 80's? It's a bit of a joke. Sorry Adorama, I luv ya but, this product is a worthless dud!
