To keep weight to a minimum and yet get maximum strength, all Matthews Solid Frames are made of 3/8" thin wall tubing. The mounting pin is solid rod. Matthews Solid Frames are black powder coated to minimize reflections.

All Matthews Scrims and Flags re bordered with heavy duty color coded webbing. The Scrim is flame retardant, and its primary use is for reduction of light intensity without changing pattern or color temperature. The Approximate light loss is 1.2 Stops.
