MINOX Comfort Bridge BL Binoculars...

Available in 8x44 BR and 10x44 BR versions, these superbly crafted binoculars are designed for the maximum in comfort and secure handling. The ability to fully wrap your hand around the body tubes even allows for stable "one-handed" observation. Weighing in at only 26 ounces they are light in weight, but deliverheavy-weight performance.

At the heart of the innovative optical system are the optimized 44 mm objective lenses, backed by phase-corrected roof prisms, and M* multi-layer lens coatings these fine instruments provide bright, color perfect, pin-sharp images even in the most challanging of low-light situations.

Target acquisition is lightening fast and glassing more efficient, thanks to a 16% larger field of view than previous models. The 10x44 provides a 341 foot field of view at 1000 yards, while the 8x44 delivers a panoramic 410 feet at 1000 yards. Viewing is complimented with the long eye-relief and twist-adjustable eye cups that insure stunning full-field images even when wearing glasses.

Ruggedly MINOX, a durable space age polycarbonate body is fully encased in noise and shock dampening rubber armoring. Internal fogging is eliminated by nitroggen purging, and the entire optical system is sealed for waterproof performance to a depth of 16 ½ feet.

High performance, and surprisingly value priced, the comfort bridge 8x44 BL and 10x44 BL are competitive models of other "open bridge" binoculars. Offered at two to three times the cost of these Minox models, the value is very apparent!

The BL line offers a field of view that has been increased by 16%. Moving objects can now be captured even faster and more reliably. The letter L stands for "Light", and this is ensured through the sturdy rubber-armored body of polycarbonate and the ergonomic design.

Thanks to a sophisticated sealing technology the BL binoculars are also watertight down to five meters. Nitrogen filling prevents fogging of the optical surfaces, even with severe temperature fluctuations.

The powerful light-gathering optical systems feature multicoated lens elements that guarantee the best optical performance and neutral color rendition of the object in view.

Thanks to the roof prisms with phase-correction coating the user is offered an image with exceptionally high detail rendition and sharp high contrast, also in low light.

MINOX also accounts for the individual requirements of people wearing eyeglasses. With the extended eye relief the entire field of view can be enjoyed without vignetting, also when wearing eyeglasses. Rotating rubber eyecups with individual adjustment are further convenient features.
