Flimsy build!
The battery cover was hard to open and shut. When shut the door was bulging. The plastic lock when securing it in the flash shoe broke when I inserted it the very first time. As a flash it worked fine, but I'd be nervous to take it out of the house as it did not feel secure on the camera. I've used Metz a lot over the years, but this item was a big let-down!

Waiting to get the replacement
The flash stopped working after approximately 20 flashes. I have sent it back and am waiting for a replacement. I hope this was a defect and not a common problem with this flash.
