The NewTek ProTek Care for TriCaster 855 provides enhanced support till midnight eastern time every day. ProTek Care is for one year and can be renewed every year for another year. If at some point you sell your TriCaster to someone, ProTek Care transfers over to the new owner because it's assigned to the TriCaster and not the owner.
