I've bought many electronics refurbished and have not bought any extended warranty or service plan but for this computer it sounded like a good thing. So far nothing has gone wrong with the computer but this service plan gives me a full two years to be sure. Hopefully I will never need to use it.

If I drop it. Spill on it whatever. It's covered for two years. My wife is a real " klutz" when it comes to cleaning. It could and probably will, land on the floor. If it does I know I'm covered for at least two years.

I ordered a great deal on a laptop. I accidentally checked the store pickup box. After a long call, I was informed that is was impossible to change that choice and I finally had to abandon the good deal. There were no more left in the warehouse. I had ordered from them in the past. I will never order from this company again.
