Easy protection

Fortunately I have not had to use this. It did come with my Tamron lens in a kit from Adorama and the extra cost was minimal so I'm glad to have it. It is nice that Adorama puts together kits like this with lenses.

Nice Option to Purchase

I bought this protection plan for the accidents that can occur--drops, spills and bumps. The price is reasonable and protection plan very good. I have not had to use this plan, but I trust Adorama to provide only good and reputable products. I recommend this product for peace of mind.

Protect your investments

Having to rely on cameras and lenses to earn a living I look at purchases more as investments in my future. Without my gear, I do not get work. The ability to insure my investments against damage is great. Gives me a piece of mind and I know I will be able to utilize my purchases for several years. The price is reasonable to give you a solid plan so valuable.

5. Limit of Liability: The total amount that We will pay for repairs made in connection with all claims that You make pursuant to this Service Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product, less taxes. In the event that We make payments for repairs, which in the aggregate, are equal to the Purchase Price, or We replace the Product with a new, rebuilt or refurbished Product of equal or similar features and functionality, We will have no further obligations under this Service Agreement.

Nightmare

I was invoiced but never received any information or a policy. Called Adorama and also sent email and they said New Leaf would resend 2 times and still nothing. Called New Leaf 5 times so far and still not able to get information on policy. Double checked email address, checked junk mail and nothing. Getting frustrated.
