I've had the laptop about a week now, and very pleased with it. 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of very picky considerations. It slides around a bit as the feet are a harder rubber and do not grip as well as I'd like. With the screen open, the bottom/back of the screen is a hard edge against your legs when it's on your lap. Great speed, and fairly easy setup, typical windows issues on sign in and such, but overall pretty good. Best features that I could find for the money. I miss the network and HDMI ports but there are easy work arounds. I would buy it again.

Having many options of an extended warranty, especially up to 5 years, gave me piece of mind for the longevity of my notebook since equipment is becoming ever more sophisticated but it seems their life-span is shortening along with repair costs often times justifying purchasing new again instead of repairs. This extended warranty is very well-priced so if you think you're equipment is likely to need one repair outside of the manufacturer's warranty you should consider a Leaf service plan.

New to New Leaf so at this stage all I know is it was affordable and easy to set up and if I have issues with my laptop I expect a great experience and a repaired laptop!!
