The Panasonic LM-50BRDU Blu-ray Disc is their standard-speed, write-once Blu-ray disc with dual-side capture and it provides a capacity of 50GB. You can record about 4 hours of HDTV, -9 hours of HD video, or -26 hours of standard video on this disc. Panasonic's LM series standard Blu-ray disc has a maximum write speed of approximately 72 megabits per second (9 megabytes per second) and is made in Japan to a very high manufacturing standard for the highest degree of reliability. Like all of Panasonic's Blu-ray discs, it has a hard external surface to protect the data which you record to the disc.
