The Pinnacle Systems Studio MovieBox Ultimate Collection is a hardware/software combination that allows you to capture, edit, share and playback HD movies. With Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound and video enhancements, you can edit HD movies to achieve a professional quality and look. The USB 2.0 device allows you to capture HD or SD video irrespective of the source type (analog or digital). You can record or convert HD movies to be compatible with standard definition analog devices such as VCRs and video cameras.

You are provided with editing features that allow you to edit videos directly on your computer. With a project bin and favorite folder based directory structure the MovieBox Ultimate Collection enables you to better organize your media. You can attribute professional multi-track video effects to your media via the Montage feature. A pre-loaded database of 130 pre-built Montage templates allows you to quick-start the editing process with easy-to-use animations, transitions and titles.

Creation of animated titles is allowed via the Motion Titler feature that allows you to drag and drop content for title creation. Also integrated into the system is the suite of professional effects from Red Giant. Changing backgrounds and locations based on your subjects is easy owing to the included 5 x 6' Chroma-key green screen. Stop-motion picture capture allows you to add animations and fast-motion effects to your videos and shaky camera shots can be fixed using the MovieBox Ultimate Collection system.

You are also provided with light and lens flare effects as a part of the Knoll Light Factory suite created by master effects professional John Knoll. In addition, you can transform video into animation via the ToonIt feature, add light ray effects via Trapcode Shine, integrate 3D smoke, explosion and rain effects via the Particular feature and modify the entire look of your video via the Magic Bullet Looks feature.

Animated logos and line effects can be created via the Trapcode 3D Stroke feature. You can share your edited videos via YouTube in high-quality widescreen formats. Sharing support is also offered for Blu-ray, DVD, Flash, QuickTime, AVCHD, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360. You can add the finishing touch to your movies via the capability to add professionally designed DVD menus.
