A little dissapointed
The new headband does not fit as well as the old one. It seems too tight, with less "give". This makes it want to slip off my head. I don't use it often, so it will do for now.

They shold make several different sizes. Sm/Med/Lg
Example: I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did..

Excellent Product!
I thought I needed a full new headset when, in fact, I found out that Plantronics sold this smaller replacement part. Excellent!

Well-made and comfortable
My first headband broke when I mis-handled it, so I got the replacement, and it's a very good product, well-made and quite comfortable.
