The Polycom SoundPoint IP 331 SoundPoint IP phone is a two-line SIP phone that is known for its business class features and speakerphone. The Polycom IP 331 is also PoE ready meaning it can be powered with standard PoE switches, PoE injectors, or PoE midspans. The Polycom IP 331 phone, has a dual port, integrated 10/100 Ethernet switch for LAN and PC connections. The 10/100 switch makes the Polycom IP 331 ideal and affordable solution for offices well as call center centers, especially for if you use a desk phone in conjunction with a phone client running on the PC. The integrated 10/100 switch features built-in IEEE 802.3af PoE circuitry for flexible deployment options and savings on cabling expenses.

The full-duplex speakerphone on the IP 331 uses Polycom's legendary Acoustic Clarity Technology to enable clear conversations without distracting noise and echoing.

With an intuitive user interface, the Polycom IP 331 phone delivers a full feature set including traditional business phone features including call hold, park, pick-up, transfer and three-way local conferencing, in addition to advanced capabilities such as shared call/bridged line appearance, support of XHTML applications and distinctive call treatment. The Polycom IP 331 includes a base stand that can be reversed to become a wall mount. This eliminates the need for a separate wall mount accessory.
