I have 5 of these at this point, started with 2 about 5 years ago. They are really great. Easy and quick to use, light and tough, great for location work. I had to adjust the flip lock one or two times, they get loose and a section will slide back down. It is easy to do by tightening the bolt a bit. This is really a minimal maintenance for gear that travels as much as it does with me. Great product!

Not suitable for heavy strobs or large softboxes. I have a photogenic 1250DR with a 2x3 softbox and would not try for much more. Ideal for attaching reflectors with extension arms or gobos.
