Poor Design and Construction
Sadly the first thing that I had to do was remove the screw, create a new hole in the body and realign it so that Caddy would fit my Flex5. This item is not designed for quick changes, the strap is difficult to attach and if you do not have screw driver or coin it is difficult to attach and remove from the Flex5. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Works great.
If you are using PocketWizard with a modeling light then you want this device to secure it to your stand. It takes a little patience to get the elastic wrapped around it as my fingers are those of an old man. I'm just sayin'!
