These binoculars are a good value for the money. The glass is high quality and they have proven pretty durable. I have in fact recommended them to friends and now I know of two or three that did purchase them. They seem very happy with the product. You can buy more expensive binoculars that are probably clearer, but if you have a smaller budget, these fit the bill.
