About Pyle PD450A

The Pyle PD450A Professional PA Amplifier is ideal for background music and entertainment systems in retail, food service, office and small tavern environments. A monaural amplifier provides both low impedance and 70-volt speaker outputs, making it suitable for conventional 4, 8, or 16-ohm speakers, as well as large scale distributed systems. Besides conventional movies and video, the built-in DVD player may also be used to play audio CDs and MP3 files from disc. And if that is not enough, there is a USB input that will read MP3 and WMA files directly from conventional thumb drives.

Pyle PD450A Features

  • Multi-format DVD player handles DVD/CD/VCD/CD-R/CD-RW formats
  • USB reader plays back MP3 and MP4 files from your portable USB drive
  • Full-function remote control helps you control the action anywhere in the room
  • Rack-mountable unit can be powered with 12 or 24 V

Questions about this item:

Thomas R  I am looking to create a simple, repeating audio background for a museum exhibit. My source audio will likely be mp3 which could be burned to CD if needed. Would this unit, paired with two speakers, be appropriate for that?
