You bought this to save money

I don't like the non adjustable ones, and I didn't need/want the good one that was twice the price. It's a step up from flimsy. Seems ok for seamless on a core and lighter backdrops. Don't try hanging a heavier backdrop. It hasn't failed (yet) but the rolled sheet metal it's made from does not instill confidence.
