I bought this strictly to record daytime FM radio talk shows so I can listen to them after work. The recording quality is HORRIBLE - sounds much worse than an AM station. In addition, the recording mode drains the battery in about 3 hours. The device I was using previously recorded high-quality FM and the battery life was 10+ hours in record mode, but it died on me, so I replaced it with this. I should have spent an extra $20 and bought the same one I had. Lesson learned.
