These made in Japan binoculars are very sharp in 90% of the field of view. Perfect multi-coating and phase coating. The 12.5X power gives me closer detailed images than a 10X43 wthout any noticeable loss of brightness, and it's the highest magnification I can hand hold for any length of time.
