People constantly expect everything they buy to be absolutely perfect and able to do everything....and they'd like it for free too.

This machine for the money can not be beaten. If folks realized the incredible mathematics and technology behind GPS they'd maybe stop complaining and just use this greatest invention since the map. Billions of D.O.D. money spent on the GPS satellite system and related technology and they're griping that it "takes too long to acquire satellites".....give me a break.

This is an excellent GPS overall. The American female voice has an annoying way of dropping her voice at the end of each word. It does take some time to aquire satellites much of the time but once it does, it works very well.

I use my 350 as a photographer's "shot" marker in order to relocate a specific location. I wouls have appreciated "on-foot" makings as I walk off-road quite a bit. This helps in getting back to my car after "the hike". No complains otherwise. A very Solid unit!

Hello, I will be shortly about this GPS.

It works, Garmin makes good stuff. I use it in Bs As Argentina, so the only map available is PROYECTO MAPEAR, which is for the garmin brand.

Is acquires satellites fast, doesnt loose signal in the downtown, the SIRF III is really good.

I recommend it for anyone who wants a reliable GPS.

The only one downside it has is it doesnt record tracks, so yo cant save your way and see it later in GoogleMaps.

Para la gente en Argentina, compren GARMIN tranquilo que los mapas de PROYECTOMAPEAR andan barbaro y encima son gratis.

Thanks and Bye

Bought this as a gift to my son. He loves it . He travels alot and this gets him where ever he wants to go. No need for a map.
Now to convince DH I need one for my birthday.
The only problem the suction cup comes loose from the windshield and the GPS falls in the floor.
