Easy to read, not like my iQue 3600. Somewhat slow to get fix. Heavy tree cover shuts it down

This is a good unit and does all that I expected. Just wish I could update data base at least once for free. Not sure how up to date the data is.

Use it my car. Real estate which really helps going between houses in neighborhoods I am not familiar with. Have used it on a couple of trips and it really helps. Especially great in that the ETA is always right on as long a s no unexpected traffic slow downs happen.

My wife already had a Garmin Nivi 750 and it suited ours needs well. The very low price on the refurbished unit made it possible to keep one in my car. We don't utilize any of the on-line optional features. I like the fact that the screen is large and easy to read, but it is still small enough to fit easily in a shirt pocket. Don't be afraid of a refurbished unit...mine works very well and the map database is up to date.
