The Nikon 500G is quick and accurate. It easily picks the flag from the surrounding clutter. It is much handier than the hand held GPS units (which only work on some courses). If you love to golf - get one.

I find the laser caddy basically easy to use; but it requires a steady hand. If you have a serious hangover you're going to have some problems getting a good reading. I would look for a good bracing device or a bit more of the hair of the dog that bit ya to steady up those shakes.

My brother purchased a Bushnell pinseeker for $500.00 and flashed it around as "sate-of-the-art". I paid $[...] for my Nikon and it works just as well for half the price. It's small, lightweight and easy to use. Would reccomend to any golfer
