Used to decrease the focal length from 10 to 6.3 on a 9.25 Celestron CAT.
Decreased focal length = increased light gathering power and wider field of view.

If you have a Schmidt Cassegrain telescope, this accessory is a must! It offers wider field views (both viusal and photographic)that allow you to capture large objects such as vast Milky Way spans, Andomeda Galaxy, etc.
