this product is flimsy and useless. it took one picture when i first hooked it up and that was the end of it. it would occasionally light up as though it knew it were transmitting something, but would not take a picture. it is very cheaply built and looks like something someone is manufacturing out of their garage. the package it comes in even makes it look incredibly cheap!! i tried everything to "fix" it. i changed batteries. i searched and searched for troubleshooting help and finally came to the realization that this thing just didn't work. i'm very disappointed that i can't find a decent wireless remote that doesn't require being in front of the camera!

I just got this in the mail the other day and so far I love it.
The only thing I overlooked was getting 2 AAA batteries for it for when it arrived...
This makes it sooo much easier for me....now I don't have to delay the photo, run in front of the camera and "HOPE" it will be in focus....
The remote is quite small...I'm afraid I might lose it. Its super easy to use the product...just press the button half down and then all the way down to take the photo...can't get much simpler then that.

I haven't had a chance to really see how far away I can be and still actaully use the remote. The price was a tad steep, but overall I think this product will be well worth it.

I love the fact that I do not have to stand directly in front of the camera to use the remote. I can focus it on the hummingbird feeders and back off so the hummingbirds come to the feeder and release the shutter from some distance. I did drop the handheld peice on the concrete the other night and cried. I thought I had broke it as the battery and cover popped off but it was okay, thank goodness!!
