I was very disapointted because of the claimed range of 150 feet was in reality only fifty feet with my Pentax SLR cameras. ( I needed 100 feet for the project that I purchased it for.) Still it did work well within the 50 ft. and the combintation remote and cable switch will be useful in the future. ( so I would recommend this as long as you can get by with the 50 foot range.)

The wireless triggered my Canon XSi at 96 ft. That is about 20 ft more than advertized. It is a very compact unit. When the 2-second delay is selected, you can be in the picture yourself and have time to hide the remote.
