It works, albeit the battery life is too short, should come with an extra battery and charger adaptor for second battery. The adaptor used to attach to camera is modest, at best, buy an extra when ordering! Pins used to attach viewer to mounting (for remote operation, optional) fall out...this is a VERY poor method of fastening! Not good in low light and view quality is marginal. Has uses, but the product needs to evolve to be considered a significant addition to the camera bag.
