What can I say about a battery? This is a good product at a fraction of the price of the manufacturer's version. It holds its charge well.
I've reordered a couple of times (my son uses them also).

The battery worked fone for abour 6-months, then completely failed. Not a good deal if you are replacing 2x per year.

I did not this expect battery to be as good as the Panasonic brand, but I did expect it to work more than one time. After the first use and complete discharge, I recharged it and put it in my camera case as my spare. When needed, it was good for two shots, then drained. Repeated this several times and the same result. At best, I can get off maybe 5 shots IMMEDIATELY after it is fully charged. The two year warranty is a joke. To replace it under warranty coverage, you have to mail it in AND pay a $8.95 shipping and handling charge. Total cost to buyer to replace: about $12. Cost to buy one new from Adorama: [$]. BE WARNED!

I bought this item as a back-up battery for my wife's camera and she hasn't used it very much yet. I've charged it and know that it fits into the Panasonic charger and that it seems to take a charge just like the OEM unit does. It will be some time before I can make any judgement as to its reliability, durability, ability to hold a charge, etc.

I got this in an add-on kit. I'd have bought a backup battery anyway, and probably original equipment (knee-jerk reaction), but this one is just as good and for a lot less.

My Lumix DMC-TZ5 eats power, and I needed a reliable backup battery to carry with me. This preforms just about as well as the OEM battery, at a far better price. Recommended.

I own 2 different batteries by Power2000. Both worked fine for less than 1 year (better than original Panasonics). After that they became unreliable, do not charge well, loose charge within few days when unused. They are good for 3 minutes in camera. Virtually useless!

seems to be a perfectly reasonable and affordable replacement battery. bought to have a backup battery for my Panasonic DMC-TZ5, have not been able to tell a difference from the original OEM battery.

I bought the battery as a spare for a 9-day Cancun trip. I constantly alternated between the battery that came with my Panasonic TZ-5 and this replacement battery -- taking about 1500 pictures. There was no apparent difference between the original and replacement battery. They both charged quickly and lasted longer than I had expected.
