Does not hold a charge very long at all. Buy the Sony brand made for the camera instead of this one. Nothing worse than putting a fully charged battery in and in 20 minutes the low battery light is flashing. @#%&*$# Junk.

I am very satisfied with this battery. I bought another brand which didn't even fit the camera and continually got stuck. This one has been great as far as fit and price and being dependable. So far I haven't found anything I have been dissatisfied with. I use it to photograph wildlife and for my portrait sessions.

This is a great product and works great in my Sony. It does not seem to last quite as long as OEM on a charge but the difference is nominal. You can get several of these for the price of a couple of OEM.

I wanted an extra battery so I wouldn't have to worry about losing out on good shots because my battery died. It works just as well as the Sony battery and costs a lot less.

Battery charge loss has been that of which is typical of normal use. I haven't experienced any accelerated battery depletion rate as of yet.
