This cam is great for everything from family photos and videos to travel photography. Mine has traveled with me from the middle east to Asia and back. It has proven it's durability again and again and the picture quality can not be beaten.

Great kit for the first DSLR that you own. The T2i is wonderful for what you are paying. Only problems with the kit I've had so far are that the memory card is a little slow, and I have had some minor problems with the card reader. No problems at all with the actual camera yet.
