Great camera to take along with you on any trip. Small and compact. Doesn't have all the whistles but most people don't use them, otherwise get a SLR.
Only con I have is that image stabilization could be better with moving objects.

It is really great and useful for someone like me who wanted to buy a DSLR, but have a very low budget.

With regular camera, when you use flash, the photos will turn out not that good. But with this camera, if there are a little light at the background, and we use flash, the photos will look very beautiful.

When I was in Las Vegas, I tried taking pictures with flash + the lights from the Eiffel Tower, and my photos were superb!

For video: I would say that it is also superb because everything is recorded in HD.
