I was nervous about buying this Canon SD990 as a refurb, my fears were unfounded....you could not differentiate this unit from a "new" one. The savings paid for a class 6 8gb SDHC card and a leather Canon case....a few bucks left over to boot. Well done Adorama, I will be back. [...] 1 year warranty and great deal! Oh, the camera performs beautifully as well.

I'm no techie genius, but I was able to use this camera right out of the box without using the instructions. So far the battery life has been great and the photos look fantastic. Looking forward to getting more familiar with the settings.

I am still learning about this camera. It has so many features. I love the convenience of the size and weight. You can take it anywhere.
