Was looking for a pro cam and this fit the bill with the 28-300 zoom. Great ability for different shots. The cameras with detachable lens would have cost us several hundred more, but this fit what we were looking for to a T. Haven't found any problems so far and have taken several hundred pixs at different pix settings. Would recommend for the more then avg. user looking to move up to pro at half the cost.

For around $[...], it's performance is as expected. The glass is sharp, it doesn't weigh a ton with the plastic body, but the AF searches in all but the brightest of light. I usually use MF for most cases. I would not recommend this for wildlife or action, but for everything else it's terrific.

I went on a cruise ship to cozumel. with the sun in background I got the effect I wanted. if you can see it you can photo it.

everything about this camera is almost perfect i loved it accept for the battery cover doesnt have lock and lens is enterchangeable so i suggest fujifilm can add the zoom lens from 10,7x to 12x zoom with 6 times digital zoom then it is perfect*****AAA
