Takes extremely "grainy" pictures. I exchanged the 1st one I got thinking the camera was bad, but it wasn't. It's how that camera captures the image. I am very dissapointed considering this is made by Nikon. I sent it back to exchange for the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T700 and couldn't be happier. Clear pictures and I'm not getting as many "smeared" ones either. Nikon bad, Sony very good.
