Mainly purchased this camera to take picture of my daughters soccer tournamnets. It takes great action shots and the 70-300 lens really allows me to get close to the action

Just getting back into photography after 20 years. I have always been a Cannon man all my life A-1, F-1n , ect. Started to compare digital cameras and found that the Nikon D60 ( Gold Special Edition ) was hands down the best deal. Starting on a limited budget it was the best choice. I just love the feel and how easy to use and it gives me all the options of manual that I was uses to. Plus the D60’s arsenal of accessories is large and growing. Looking forward to all Nikon has to offer.
