Between travel photography and model shoots I cannot rave enough about the outstanding capabilities of the Nikon D7000. It was a technical upgrade from my previous Nikon D series camera but the familiarity was almost second nature from the first series of pictures

The increased ISO range allowed near dark shooting without flash for beautiful nightime shots. Combined with the SB600 and the wireless command functions built in to the camera with the versatile and adequate built in flash, the resultant pictures were stunning. At 16.2 mp the prints are heads above other cameras in this range. The in-camera editing features offer features to benefit novice and pro users alike.

Video HD is beautiful. Our travel to the Grand Canyon was well documented with stunning pictures and breathtaking video.

I would recommend this for anyone wanting to upgrade to a professional level camera without the professional price.
