I bought this camera as a gift for my wife to take with us on a trip to the circus. She took about 75 photos and 6 videos all on the one 2GB card and it still wasn't full. We brought them home and downloaded them and even though we were sitting about 100 yards away, the pictures were great. This camera has all the bells and whistles including a 5x optical zoom and optical image stabilization and face detection in a shirt pocket size. It's priced below the competion. I would definitely recommend it.
