Comments about Panasonic Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS7K 10.1 Megapixel Compact Digital Camera with iA mode, 4x Optical Zoom, 4x Digital Zoom & 2.7" TFT LCD Display, Black:

I travel the world and take a lot of photos, always needing a pocket-sized camera. You can catch my review on [...]for more detail, but I have tested this LUMIX model against the higher end LUMIX models, and other than this camera's ZOOM being less, this beat 'em all for indoor, outdoor, action, night & video quality. I can't explain why, but maybe Panasonic's engineers can.I also tested against a few of the new Canon lineup, including the Canon SX20 and SD940 28mm - and shockingly this DMC-FS7 LUMIX outperformed. In fact, the WVGA video is a fraction the file size and the quality compares closely with Canon HD. I also realized I'm not a huge fan of wide angle lens distortion, though better for real estate shots.BUY THIS CAMERA BEFORE THEY REPLACE THE MODEL. Don't waste your money on anything else. Believe me, I have done the Ken Rockwell test on quite a few of them.Happy Shooting!
