Bought this to carry when I did not want to haul my bigger DSLR.
For this purpose, the camera is a winner. Very realistic images and the body of the camera feels very durable. Love the high-contrast b&w and macro modes on this camera.

The levelling guide is handy. Time between shots is very fast. High definition b/w works well. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

I bought my CX2 from Adorama to supplement my Nikon D90. The CX2 makes a great carry camera I can take with me everywhere I go. The 920K LCD works great for composing and then viewing shots (though I'd much rather have a proper viewfinder). It focuses quickly in good light and not so quickly in low light. Can shoot at 5 fps bursts but it doesn't focus between each shot.

All in all a very nice backup camera when you want to go very light.

This camera is capable of taking incredible pictures once you get to know all the features. Definitely an amazing camera. It however lacks a hd movie feature but I am really interested in using some of its unique capabilities. I love using the zooming capabilities and the cmos chip. Can't wait to try some of its features during the olympics.
