Love this camera, a lot of functions, you need to read the entire manual to understand this devise. But it does make great pictures, big potential once you know how to work it.

I enjoyed using this camera for travel and general photography. Pro815 is not PRO as in professional yet offers many features not found on top DSLRs: histogram,framing brackets,ISO 50, 2 video modes, and largest LCD. Camera produces fast and accurate pics in JPEG. Use of remote is great for tripod work. Flash unit synchronizes with focal lenght and offers good power control. Cons: RAW images show too much noise in low level. Auto focus and RAW processing is slow. Focusing is difficult in manual mode and is digital only. For general JPEG work, though, a very good camera.

Probably this is the best and ultimate high end camera unless you choose DSLR camera. You will never get a camera with this complete manual control and specs. If you want to enjoy full manual contro of the camera without purchasing DSLR camera, this is the one you need. I have been enjoying this camera so much, I feel like almost a professional photographer.

All others take note because this camera is like no other. I love having a big LCD screen. It puts others to shame. Beautiful pictures. I love everything about it. My friend has one also.My pictures of New Orleans are going to come alive and tell a story. Watch out for this camera.
