This card is much slower than expected, in downloading than expected. SanDisk cards of similar model are much faster.

I bought two 1GB for my trip to Vietnam. Both failed the first week of shooting. I lost a bunch of photos.

Luckily, I also had two SanDisk. I used them in the same conditions with no problems.

Purchased the 1GB 133x Lexar for use with Nikon D70s. I am very satisfied. 500+ pictures very reliable. No problems in 6 months of use.

I shoot youth sports photography. This compact flash card can capture 15 consecutive 6.8 megapixel raw files in less than 2 seconds. Slower cards I have tried will show a busy signal if more than 6 consective images are taken. There are comparable cards available for less money but if you are a professional photographer are you willing to take the risk?

When my memory card arrived, the first thing I discovered was that my card reader would not recognize it. I called Lexar tech support and they told me I would have to purchase a new card reader.

The technician also asked me which camera I have then asked to read the serial number on the CF card. He then recommended that I send the card to Lexar for a newer model with a later firmware version.

Great customer relations!
