I just started shooting exclusively in RAW format so the larger capacity is really useful and the write speed is fine for my work. I will probably get another similar card soon.

Currently using the card with a D300. For short burst shooting it's perfect. The write speed didn't hinder me at all. I shot 18 frames at 6 fps and the card kept up with the camera.

I use a Fuji FinePix S9000 and I have yet to have this card lag on me; even when shooting air show action. For in tight shots at high resolution, it did not disappoint. The extra space comes in handy when shooting in RAW format.

I an owner of canon XT, almost three years old, the card is an upgrade to Sandisk ultra II 1GB (imagine how expesive was 4g of that speed back then). So buffer of the camera is still much slower that the card, there is no way I can complain.
But... I used it also with canon 30d, did around 1000 wedding photos, still impressed by the speed and efficiency.
So far I can trust Lexar and Sandisk, I hope to stick to that longer (some companies go less and less reliable over time :)

I use the Lexar card as a professional photojournalist. I recently shot just under 4000 photos on a week-long assignment and the Lexar card was used over and over again. It is fast and dependable and the 4GB allows me plenty of room to shoot large files on one card so I don't have to continually change my flash cards.

I'm thinking about upgrading my camera cause of this. In am now spoiled.

Just prior to leaving on a scheduled vacation, I noticed that some of my memory cards were not performing up to standards. I was both concerned about using them and possibly losing all images captured on them or being short on memory for the expected vacation pictures. I purchased one of these Lexar 4GB cards because of the quality, capacity and price. An added bonus was the Corel Paint Shop Pro 9 software that came with the card. As expected, the Lexar card performed perfectly and I have been very pleased with the purchase.

I haven't managed to fill this card up yet during a single shoot, but it's not for lack of trying, and it will happen soon. As a nature photographer, write speed is important, and this CF from Lexar lives up to it's speed promise. Since purchasing my first digital camera for a trip to Russia in 2002, I have only owned Lexar memory cards. The most important thing I can say is - in taking thousands of pictures I have never lost an image!
This newest addition from Lexar was purchased in response to needing a larger memory card, since most of my images are captured in RAW format. In addition, I needed a fast enough write speed to quickly capture several shots in sequence.
If your pictures are as important to you as mine are to me, then this is the card I would encourage you to buy.

Lexar Professional cards have served me well. Customer service has been first class. You will see comments about every brand of memory card failing for someone. The question is, will the manufacturer stand behind them? Lexar will, without question. Remember - always format your cards in the camera, and use a product like Image Rescue that comes with the Lexar cards to secure erase and test all your cards on a regular basis.

The size/price ratio was especially attractive with Lexar's current rebate program, but boy was I disappointed to discover how SLOW this card really is. To my own fault, I did know the WA (133x) technology is not compatible with my Canon 10D, but I at least expected it would be as fast as my Sandisk Ultra II 2GB CF card. I have always told my friends it's better to get a handful of 1GB cards than to have one huge one in the off chance of failure, but now I am really having buyer's remorse. For a 6-7MB Raw file to be reviewed it takes around 6-10 seconds to see full-res on my LCD; if you want to review multiple picutures... forget it! It takes at least 5 seconds to review the next picture on a card. Maybe when I upgrade to a newer DSLR, I will get my money's worth, but for now I will stick with my trusty ol' Sandisk for everything I can get away with.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I use 5 Lexar 4GB 133X?s. 1 in camera and 4 in the[...] aluminum case. SKU-ICDCSC. With my Nikon D200 @10 meg. Shooting in RAW, each card holds about 240 shots. I can shoot an affair and know that I?ve got 1200 pics before I have to down load onto my laptop. For that I use the Lexar high speed card reader. I keep the case in my back pocket. I can move around freely. As I place filled cards in the case, I turn them over so I know which ones I?ve used.Great product.
