It works. I'm using this SD card in a Canon SureShot 800. No problems yet after about 100 images. All images stored and retrieved as needed. No perceptible noise or aberations.

I use this product in my wife's point-and-shoot camera. Originally I bought it to put into my video camera for the still photos and/or backup for my Canon Mark IIN in the secondary slot, but I wanted to try it out first with my wife's camera. So far this product works great. Fast, reliable and lightweight. My downloads with this card are a tad faster than other cards that I have.

I expected the Extreme III to be faster .. I was not prepared for how much faster it really is. This is one really nice product that came in a bubble pack with nice accessories including a zippered carrier pouch, recovery mini-CD and a serial number for "Phase One" software (useful if you process raw images). [...] REAL GENUINE AUTHENTIC Sandisk cards.
Your camera deserves this memory card!

This card can be written to at 20 megabytes a second, which is faster than many cameras are able to write. It can handle temperature extremes better than the SanDisk Ultimate memory card.

I researched different brands of SD cards, and this one lives up to its good reputation. I've shot many vacation & family photos on it, repeatedly filling & erasing it. One really good thing is the speed - some of my other brands take longer to write/read.

I have been using th SD Card for about one year, mostly in my Canon SD 500 Camera to take photographs and make short movies. The writing process is extremely fast. Recently, I used it in my Palm TX to store and view movies and listen to music. It worked flawlessly.
Last weeekend it survived the washer. Still going!!!

The choice for me came down to getting the Ultra II vs the more expensive Extreme III card. I now own both, and I'm impressed with both. They have held up to being submerged in water a few times (oops) and still do well. I've never had problems with missing pictures, and the card always stays up to speed with my d50 in high quality large jpeg files.I would recommend the Extreme III to anyone who needs the extra comfort feeling of having it, or I would just as quickly recommend to save a little bit of money and go with the Ultra II series

This is a great SD card due to the speed of writing and performance. It is very versatile as well for any product that accepts SD cards (including cameras, video game consoles, and mp3 players). It also is very useful for a quick 1GB of data when used in a computer. The only downfall is the price if bought without a rebate or discount. [...]
